What Happens if the Animal is Wounded?

A wounded animal is charged the same as a harvest.  We will do our best to locate the animal; but unfortunately, there are no guarantees on wounded game.

Skinning Animals Policy?

We will cape your harvest for a standard shoulder mount and quarter your harvest.  If you request full face cape or full body mount preparation, a fee will be added to the invoice; typically $250 full face cape/$500 full body cape for average-sized trophies.

Do you do Taxidermy and Meat Processing?

The majority of our clients use one of these two businesses for taxidermy and meat processing.  We will be happy to drop off for you at one of these locations; a fee of $150 will be added to the invoice.  It is then your responsibility to reach out to the business and provide instructions for services and provide payment.

Alternatively, we can quarter your animals and put them in your cooler(s) so you can take them home with you, except for animals over 1000 pounds.  These large animals must go to the Meat Processor for skinning and quartering due to the size of the animal (they will charge for this).

We do not break down the muscle groups or debone.

Is Gratuity Included?

We do not include gratuity in our pricing.  This amount is up to you and is greatly appreciated, though the industry standard is 10 - 20% of your hunt.

Final Payment of my Invoice?

We will settle up at the conclusion of your hunt.  Cash is king, but we also accept checks and credit cards with proper documentation.  A convenience fee will be applied to the final bill if paying with a credit card at check out; the fee is 5%.  Wire transfers are accepted as final payment if the funds are transferred before departure.

When Departing, Don't Forget Your Belongings

We recommend that you take your harvested trophy with you when you depart.  Malone Outdoors does not accept responsibility for any part of your harvested trophy after you depart the ranch.
